New Class Schedule

You can now take classes five times a week!

 

 

 

 

Our updated class schedule is:

Tuesdays @ 12:15pm (45min) & 7pm 

Thursday @ 12:15pm (45min) & 6:30pm

Saturday @ 9am 

What is a class @ Wattage like?

It's 60 minutes of high intensity cross training.

This class is designed to maximize fat burning while

improving strength, core stability, power, and endurance for people of all fitness

levels.

We utilize a variety of equipment (TRX, sandbags, kettle bells, medicine balls, battling ropes)

in multiple planes of motion in an interval-based format to maximize results.
