This includes 60 minutes for you to utilize both the sauna and cold plunge, at your own discretion! Up to 4 people are allowed to rent the recovery room at a time, unless you schedule a private rental.

Private Rental

This includes 60 minutes of privacy for you to utilize both the sauna and cold plunge, at your own discretion!

60 Minute: $180/ hour

Exposure Workshop
