1-on-1 Personal Training
Welcome to a holistic approach to your training. We look at everything you are doing and not doing and help you put the puzzle together. Program design and coaching with the long-term goal in mind.
Whether you’re here to build muscle, burn fat, recover from an injury or put an end to a sedentary lifestyle, you can expect sixty minutes of pure devotion to redefining how you feel inside and out. Sessions include a dynamic warm-up, targeted exercises designed to achieve your specific goals, and post-workout recovery.
We have specializations in Post Rehab Training, Pre/Post Natal, Youth & Adult Athletes, Wedding Prep, First Timers and much more.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services are designed to help you relieve pain, reduce soreness, and recover from injuries or other physical ailments. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or healing from an injury, our expert physical therapists will create a personalized plan to help restore mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
Semi-Private Training (2 people)
Reap the benefits of personalized instruction, at a fraction of the cost. Semi-Private Training at Wattage is a fresh, expert approach to fitness for the inside and outside. Custom designed fitness services specifically tailored to 2 people.
Small Group Training (3-6)
Get the energized vibe of a group fitness class while experiencing the benefits of an individualized approach. Our personal trainers will spend time cueing each and every person in class and provide an up-beat, go at your own pace environment so every level of athlete feels welcome!
If your group exceeds 6 people, we are happy to accommodate! Availability and pricing of our gym services will vary depending on size, please contact us for more information.
Group Training
Come check out our Saturday group class, Power Surge at 9AM! Power Surge is boot-camp-style, group training class built around exercise science principles. Each class will build off the prior week, ensuring continuous challenge and growth for athletes. The music will be bumping, and the vibes will be high! Nutrition Coaching
Want to improve your diet so you can look, feel and perform at your best? Our nutrition coaching model focuses on building lifelong sustainable habits that create massive improvements in not only what you eat, but how you eat.
With our 8-week nutrition program, you’ll learn to understand what dietary choices are right for you, your body and your goals. Everyone is different, and we take pride in our individualized coaching approach to a happy and healthier lifestyle.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ is a pain-free and unique system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance, and pain relief. FST is one of the quickest, most effective, and most pleasant methods to eliminate pain, restore function, move and feel better in activities of life, fitness, and sports!
Sauna
Our Watoga barrel sauna fits up to four people and will easily reach temperatures up to 195ºF. All our clients have the luxury of signing up for their free sauna session on days they have an appointment with us!
Cold Plunge
Incorporating a cold plunge into your workout routine can help reduce muscle soreness, speed up recovery, and improve circulation. Cold water therapy is known to reduce inflammation and promote muscle healing, making it an excellent way to enhance your overall performance and recovery after an intense workout.
Private Events
Bring your corporate team, friends or family to Wattage for a personalized group experience. We offer a wide range of group activities, from team workouts, to ice baths and breath work, we’re sure everyone will leave feeling better than when they walked in!
Athlete Training Program (Sports Performance)
Our team of trainers will meet you where you are and get you where you need to be based on the unique specifications and demands of your sport.
Our mission is to increase overall sports performance while decreasing the instance of sports-related injuries.
Sports-related training includes increasing muscle mass, strength and power as well as increasing an athlete's ability to jump, change direction, accelerate, decelerate, and sprint.
This includes but is not limited to: Rugby, Football, Lacrosse, Hockey, Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Tennis, Volleyball, Soccer etc.
Pre & Post-Natal Training
Our primary focus is to help pre & post-natal women feel confident in their changing bodies. A woman’s body feels different every day during and after pregnancy. Training during this time can be confusing due to conflicting information being given over multiple sources. We will provide safe and effective coaching for each trimester during pregnancy and when you return to normal activities after pregnancy.
Wedding Prep Training
Since 2020, we have seen an uptick in couples who want to get in-shape for their weddings. We noticed our clients aren't only reaching their physical goals when the big day arrives, but they're able to manage their stress more efficiently during the planning process and arrive at the altar in a better mental state. Anybody looking to experience the power of XPT's cutting-edge methods to improve health, performance and longevity will love these special events.
