What is Power Surge?

Have you always wanted to try Power Surge but aren't sure what to expect?
 You're not alone!
Here is a breakdown of a typical day in our Saturday class with Anna!

You can first and foremost expect a good time and a great workout! The music will be bumping, energy high and company will be like minded individuals ready to challenge themselves to reach their goals!
In Power Surge, each station lasts 9 minutes and you rotate through the prescribed exercises until time is up! Clients love this because you can pace yourself to your comfort level.

First 10-15 Minutes
You'll begin with a roll out and/or stretch. After that the trainer will give a detailed explanation of each station and exercise. This stations will look something like this...

- Cardio A
- Carry
- Row
- Walking lunges

STATION 2
- Cardio B
- Squat variation
- Jump variation
- Chest press

STATION 3
-Cardio C
-Bicep curl to press
-Glute bridge variation
-Ab variation

STATION 4
-Cardio D
-Lat pulldown
-MB Slams
-Tricep Dips
