1-on-1 Personal Training

Welcome to a holistic approach to your training. We look at everything you are doing and not doing and help you put the puzzle together. Program design and coaching with the long term goal in mind.

Sixty minutes of pure devotion to redefining how you feel inside and out. Sessions include soft tissue work, a dynamic warm up, targeted exercises designed to achieve your specific goals, and post-workout recovery.

We have specializations in: Post Rehab Training, Pre/Post Natal, Youth & Adult Athletes, Wedding Prep, First Timers, and many more.

Are you a golfer looking increase the overall efficiency of your swing? Ask us about our golf training sessions with our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Instructor.


Semi-Private Training (2 people)

Reap the benefits of personalized instruction, but at a fraction of the cost. Semi-Private Training at Wattage is a fresh, expert approach to fitness for the inside and outside. Custom designed sessions specifically tailored to 2 people.


Small Group Training (3-6 people)

Personalized programming provided in a group setting. Does it get much better than this? We understand the one-on-one setting as well as the large class settings can be daunting. We want to provide a happy medium for those looking to boost their performance and athleticism or get a smart start into their fitness journey. Every movement and weight will be monitored and matched to your abilities and goals.


 

XPT Workshops

Anybody looking to experience the power of XPT's cutting-edge methods to improve health, performance and longevity will love these special events. We will push you outside your comfort zone and teach a handful of new tools to improve your health and fitness that can be immediately applied to your daily life. This workshop will feature XPT Performance Breathing, Movement training, and XPT Ice Bath sessions.
