Domenica Sulo Personal Trainer

Domenica has been a Registered Nurse for over five years. However, her true passion has always been on the preventative side of healthcare. In 2018 she earned her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal training certification and began working as a personal trainer. Fast forward to today and Domenica is making the transition from nursing to full time training.

For Doe, a healthy lifestyle goes far beyond lifting weights or going for a bike ride. It’s about having great mobility, eating a well balanced diet, getting the sleep needed to recover and taking care of your emotional and mental health. Her number one goal as a trainer is to, little by little, incorporate each of these key factors into her clients’ lives, helping them maintain a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Mastering these skills minimizes the risk of future health related issues, which is the end goal Domenica has for her clients and herself. Seeing what Doe saw as a bedside nurse, she knows nine out of ten cases could have been prevented by maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

When Domenica is not at the gym training, you can find her binge watching true crime TV shows, traveling the world with her husband, eating at local restaurants, rollerblading around the city with her best friend or chugging water out of her humongous multi-colored water bottle!
