The kettlebell snatch is a full explosion of hip strength that gets the posterior chain firing and engages your core. It also helps to stabilize the shoulder.
Make sure you are comfortable and proficient with the kettlebell swing before advancing to the snatch! This move is not for beginners and requires many skills including the swing, get up, clean and press. All of these skills are foundations to the snatch.
The kettlebell snatch uses the glutes, quads, hamstrings, upper back, shoulders, grip, and core! What a great movement to engage your whole body and increase your heart rate!
