Carsen Casica

Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

With over 14 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, he has dedicated his career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and build healthier lives through sustainable habits, not quick fixes.

Throughout his career, he has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but he has a particular passion for helping those returning from injury or managing chronic aches and pains. During college, he completed an internship with NovaCare Physical Therapy (now part of Northwestern Medicine), where he gained valuable experience applying movement-based strategies to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. That foundation continues to shape his coaching today, allowing clients to train with confidence while improving strength, mobility, and resilience.

His philosophy is simple: consistency beats perfection. Lasting results come from showing up, staying disciplined, and embracing the process over the long term. He believes exercise shouldn't feel like a punishment—it should become an enjoyable, rewarding part of a person's lifestyle. He believes movement is one of the greatest investments people can make in their health and one of the keys to living a longer, more active life.

When he's not coaching, you'll usually find him training, golfing, playing softball, or competing in beach volleyball. Living an active lifestyle allows him to lead by example and reinforces what he strives to teach every client: movement is a privilege, and investing in your body today pays dividends for the rest of your life.
